The QBIX Individual Performance Management Module has been developed based on the DPSA Model for Performance Management. Managers are able to set up individuals within the institution and allocate targets to each of these individuals. These individuals can then capture their actual performance against these targets.

This module can be linked to the QBIX Strategic Performance Management Module to allow the individual's targets to roll up into the institutions key performance indicators so that managers are able to monitor an individual’s performance and their impact on the institution's service delivery.

In addition, a calculator is built into the system to facilitate for the objective assessment of an individual’s actual performance against their set targets.

QBIX is unique in that it has the ability to enable users to setup various “business units” according to the institution's organisational structure.

QBIX is web-based and therefore has a minimal impact on existing information technology infrastructure. It can be implemented on either the internet or company intranet.
